Experience a sense of belonging at Grey, a contemporary restaurant and lounge that champions the modern dining scene with Welsh and British classics. This was one of many projects we have done for Hilton over the years. This was an interesting project to work on as it involved loose and fitted bespoke joinery in the form on banquettes and serving stations.
